Laps For Lacy
Our Story
If you are coming to this page , you most likely already know Lacy! We have been members of UAF for over 15 years now and have participated in so many programs within the foundation that have enhanced our lives and more importantly enhanced the life of Lacy. She is 19 now and adjusting to post High school life. Graduating from High school , was an huge change in her routine and social life. This along with a surgery she had done last June put her into a mental and physical breakdown that has taken almost a year for her to recover from. It was so so scary to see our normally social, Sassy girl decline. With the help of Drs, friends, family, prayers and the constant support of the people in our United Angels foundation community, she is mostly back to herself and we are so so grateful! We would love for you to be part of our team Laps For Lacy at our annual walk! We love and appreciate everyone who is and has been a part of Lacy’s life, and love our United Angels community! Thank you!!
About The United Angels Foundation
United Angels Foundation (UAF) is a nonprofit, parent-to-parent support group for families of children with special needs (our Angels). Our goals at UAF consist of providing interaction, education, and resources to our parents. From newborn visits, to group activities for parents and children, we strive to be there every step of the way. Funds raised from our Walk with Angels event will specifically go towards financing our educational seminars and group activities. These funds are also used to administer our newborn and new member program. Thank you for your support of all the Angels in our community!
