William's Wild Kingdom
Our Story
What a wild and wonderful adventure we’re on! Several years ago, we saw a local elementary school’s performance of The Lion King, Jr. The opening number brought tears to my eyes: Incredible costumes brought to life by the children depicted all kinds of animals come together to celebrate new life. Our son William’s birth into our family, and our growing with him, has helped to teach us the incomparable value of each individual life.
We are grateful to come together at events provided by organizations like the United Angels Foundation, to rub shoulders with families that have similar dynamics to our own. The Walk with Angels is a celebration of the value of each life, however different that life may seem in society at large. It is a celebration of the blessings that accompany challenges, and the light brought into our lives by those who came to earth with such amazing strengths--such as as an increased facility to love, teaching us how to better give and receive love ourselves.

About The United Angels Foundation
United Angels Foundation (UAF) is a nonprofit, parent-to-parent support group for families of children with special needs (our Angels). Our goals at UAF consist of providing interaction, education, and resources to our parents. From newborn visits, to group activities for parents and children, we strive to be there every step of the way. Funds raised from our Walk with Angels event will specifically go towards financing our educational seminars and group activities. These funds are also used to administer our newborn and new member program. Thank you for your support of all the Angels in our community!
