Randall K. Spencer
Director
Randall K. Spencer is married to Alice, and they are the proud parents of three wonderful children. Their second child, Christopher, weighed only 1 pound 3 ounces when he was born in 2000, and has cerebral palsy. Randy and Alice strive to involve Christopher in all of their family activities including boating, swimming, 4-wheeling, etc. even though he is unable to talk or walk on his own. When Randy is not spending time with his family, he stays very busy as one of the founding partners in the law firm of Fillmore Spencer LLC, which is the largest law firm in Utah County, and managing his insurance agency, Express Insurance, LLC. What little time he has left is recently spent in writing a book about Christopher's extraordinary birth, survival, graduation from the Newborn Intensive Care Unit, and happy life thereafter. He also finds time to serve on the board of directors for the Kids Who Count early intervention organization, helping children with special needs from birth to three years old.
